Recent years have seen the emergence of numerous film festivals in the former Yugoslavia and Albania. Three of these imaginative and highly successful festivals, run on an extremely tight budget, have been invited to this year's CULTURESCAPES festival. A selection of innovative and exciting short films and documentaries from the Western Balkans will be showcased.
The Human Rights Film Festival for regional and international documentaries PRAVO LJUDSKI, Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) was founded in 2006.
