Discussion with Marija Karaklajić, (‹Face of Glass›), Almir Imširević (‹As if this were a Performance ... The Mousetrap›) und Jeton Neziraj (‹Yue Madeleine Yue›) on the perspectives of contemporary writing
Explosive, increasingly complex social differences, an unclear political and economic future, attempts to adapt to a globalised world in which old East/West contrasts have gradually disappeared, and the consequences of the civil war. Which topics influence the authors of the guest countries? Or do they refuse to be led into the expectation of writing about politics, instead insisting on their right to privacy? Does this separation actually exist? Prior to the premiere of three works of contemporary drama from Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo, Marija Karaklajić (‹Face of Glass›), Almir Imširević (‹As if this were a Performance ... The Mousetrap›) and Jeton Neziraj (‹Yue Madeleine Yue›) will discuss the perspectives of contemporary writing on the ground floor of the Lucerne Theatre.
Entrance free
Following the conversation, the premiere of ‹NO WORKS ON WAR›will take place at 19.30h.
