The music of the legendary Romani band KAL from Belgrade is correctly described as ‹Rock'n'Roma›. The groovy Balkan sound of the five musicians, Dragan Ristić (guitar, vocals), Miloš Veličković (drums), Slaviša Pavlović-Stanley (bass), Boris Kostić (harmonica) and Milorad Jevremović (violin), is what makes KAL «probably the best Gypsy band east of Paris» according to The Times newspaper - a phenomenon which you should definitely not miss. Founded in 2006, they have already played more than 400 gigs, including well-known festivals, such as Roskilde (Denmark), Fusion (Germany) and Sziget (Hungary).
Rambo Amadeus is one of the best-known celebrities of the Balkan music scene. The musical maverick from Montenegro somehow manages to stay well clear of ‹radio-friendly› mainstream music while often mimicking its sound. The self-proclaimed ‹world mega tsar› (‹Svjetski Mega Car›) is notorious for his crazy jazz-funk, his contorted, yet philosophical, lyrics and his unpredictable live shows. His concerts are never just a reproduction of his studio work, but a mixture of musical improvisation and a humorous look at human nature itself. Rambo Amadeus & The Two Winnetous have been performing together since their appearance at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012.
