Dragan Wende moved to Berlin in 1976. He soon become a well-known figure in the disco scene and earned good money - not least due to his Yugoslav passport, which allowed him to travel freely between West and East Berlin. Today, Dragan is still a creature of the night, but things have changed since the Wall came down. He no longer travels to East Berlin. This is how he keeps the division of the city, which once proved so beneficial to him, alive. The unique contemporary documents of this tragicomical documentary bring to life Dragan's golden years of the 70s and 80s and provide an amusing-charming portrait of a Ku'damm legend, about whom it was often said: «Dragan Wende, if he were 10 centimetres taller - he would be Al Pacino».
