A fitting finale for CULTURESCAPES 2011 comes in the form of a jam session with the singer Karolina & Band and Kutiman. Kutiman, who displayed his many talents as a video artist at the opening of the festival, will perform as a DJ. The 2005 debut album of Karolina Avratz, the soul lady from Israel, is refreshing and adventurous. Karolina and the Israeli band Funset combine various styles of music, resulting in a mixture of reggae, soul, funk and hip-hop delivered with Karolina's unique voice.

Uzi Ramirez is an iconic musician in the Israeli indie scene. A devil session guitarist, a member of Israeli bands Boom Pam and the Ramirez Brothers and overall a brilliant musician. With his expected debut album, Uzi Ramirez is taking the listener to his greatest love, Americana, with all original tunes, recorded analogically, produced by Uzi and mastered in Nashville by Richard Dodd ( George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty Freddy Mercury, and more ....) . Taking in influences from Folk, Blues, Funk, Rock'n'roll and also some touches of classical music.
